ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and governs use of FuteurCredX websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, data, reports, and related services. Contracted enterprise terms may impose additional restrictions.

This document governs the activity it describes. Product copy, calculators, educational pages, and summaries do not replace it. Third-party providers apply their own agreements and privacy practices.

Permitted Use

You may use the Services for their intended lawful purpose, including accessing information about your own authorized business or credit profile, submitting a legitimate business-financing request, using educational tools, and using contracted APIs or enterprise services within documented permissions.

Fraud, Identity, and Financial Crime

  • 2.1Do not submit false, altered, stolen, or misleading identity, ownership, bank, credit, tax, or financial information
  • 2.2Do not impersonate another person or business or act without authority
  • 2.3Do not use the Services for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity
  • 2.4Do not seek credit or information for an impermissible purpose under the FCRA or other law

Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse

  • 3.1Do not access another user’s account, application, report, or data without authorization
  • 3.2Do not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or technical controls
  • 3.3Do not probe, scan, exploit, or test vulnerabilities without prior written permission
  • 3.4Do not transmit malware, run denial-of-service activity, or interfere with the Services

Data and Content Restrictions

  • 4.1Do not scrape, harvest, copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense data except as expressly authorized
  • 4.2Do not combine or re-identify data to defeat legal, contractual, or technical restrictions
  • 4.3Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content
  • 4.4Do not use reports, scores, or insights as a substitute for a legally required notice, authorization, or adverse-action process

API and Enterprise Use

API users must secure credentials, authenticate requests, follow documentation, respect the rate limits and data rights in their agreement, implement reasonable error handling, and notify us promptly of compromise. Published or contractual limits—not this policy—control actual quotas.

Account and Operational Responsibilities

  • 6.1Use strong credentials and available multi-factor authentication
  • 6.2Keep account and business information current
  • 6.3Restrict access to authorized personnel
  • 6.4Protect reports and exported data
  • 6.5Monitor and report suspicious or unauthorized activity

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, when proportionate to the risk, warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; preserve evidence; cooperate with providers or authorities; or pursue available remedies. We may act without advance notice when necessary to protect users, data, the Services, or third parties.

Reporting and Contact

Report suspected security vulnerabilities or abuse to security@futeurcredx.com. Do not send passwords, complete Social Security numbers, private keys, or active credentials by email. General questions may be sent to support@futeurcredx.com.
